Video and Data Networks for Minnesota Education
The National Association of State Directors of Special Education (NASDSE), as a partner in the Center on Online Learning and Students with Disabilities with the University of Kansas and CAST, is interested in learning more about online learning throughout the states. They are requesting me to provide contact information for three special education coordinators in Minnesota that are involved in online learning (i.e., fully online or blended) for any K-12 students (i.e., receiving special education services or not). They would like one special education coordinator from a relatively small, a medium, and a relatively large local education agency (LEA) to complete a survey on their utilization of online learning in special education programs. Their survey will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.
If you, or someone you know, is a special education coordinator utilizing online learning as a component of special education programs, please have them contact me at email@example.com. Thanks!

Hi Tom - I just now noticed this post on the website. You probably found what you needed already, but just in case you haven't I posted it to three online learning experts in the state - Jon Voss from Intermediate 287, Jessica Wiley from Intermediate 916, and Karen Johnson from SOCRATES Online.
Sorry I didn't see this earlier.
Thanks Mary! The survey process has been completed, but I am still considering the value of convening a workgroup to focus on special education issues in online learning implementation within Minnesota. Your info helps me identify prospective participants. Thank you!
